We had an outside water leak under our concrete drive way on the 5th of July. Being a holiday week end we had a hard time finding a plumber that would come out and not charge $300 just to come out. Voyager Plumbing were amazing. Jerry came right out to check out our leak, cap it off until it could be worked on that Monday. Angel and his crew had a big task and they did a great job repiping from the street to the house and to the back yard thank you for a great job. Very professional team

Absolutely the best plumbers I've ever hired. Jerry, Angel, and Thomas are all exemplary plumbers and human beings. They were considerate, transparent, professional, accommodating, and personable throughout the entire experience. Knowing how rare this can be in the industry, I will never call another plumber as long as they are in business. I had a complex drain network that needed to be consolidated and rerouted that involved three different lines at odd angles with tight connections and constraints. Not only were they able to solve it in a way that met my functional requirements in just a few hours, they were able to do it in an incredibly aesthetically pleasing manner as well. Look no further. These guys are the best.

I now have Voyager Plumbing bookmarked for my plumbing needs, and you should too. I’ll explain… Our tenant contacted us early on a Monday morning to inform me that water was coming through the water sprinkler and light fixture in the laundry room. I called a few plumbers but it’s tough to schedule one early in the week since most are booked out. I called a plumber I had used in the past but he wasn’t able to make it and referred me to Voyager Plumbing. I was instructed to get a water mitigation company out there and there was no mold/damage but the cause was the water heater. I was given the go ahead to proceed with getting the water heater switched out. I called Voyager Plumbing and Thomas came out Tuesday morning. He assessed what was needed and scheduled to come back with another person since it’s difficult to change out the water heater in the attic with one person. He explained what will be changed and gave me my options. First thing Tuesday morning, Thomas and Josh showed up and switched out the water heater. The gas line was switched out and he added shut off valves. Now why I would recommend Thomas at Voyager Plumbing… 1) he explained that CPVC glue on a PVC pipe which caused the drain pan to fail 2) he took photos and sent them to me 3) he kept me posted on when we were scheduled and if he was in route 4) he didn’t offer and didn’t recommend installing a tankless water heater for this particular unit (I liked his honesty) 5) to keep this from happening again, he put a water alarm in the drain pan Now I can rest easy knowing that I won’t have hot water issues anytime soon.

Angel and Jerry were terrific! They installed our new water heater and got us up to date on codes as well! Very very happy with the service we received and will definitely contact Voyager Plumbing again in the future when needed!
